GOLDONI S.P.A., in order to develop Quality Department, is looking for a new Quality Manager.
Quality Manager ensures the proper functioning, development, monitoring and improvement of the quality system in compliance with current legislation and voluntary requirements. Defines quality procedures and establishes clearly defined quality methods for staff to apply.

Responsibility
- Ensure that the vehicle complies with the approval standards. Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes.
- Ensure the implementation of Lean / World Class Manufacturing planned activities.
- Manage Plant quality resources while driving a culture of continuous improvement through the implementation/maintenance of global quality standards, problem solving tools, and continuous improvement techniques.
- Analyze and interpret data, manuals and other materials to determine specifications, inspections and testing procedures, adjustment and certification methods, formulas and measuring instruments required.
- Control, test, measure and approve materials, products, installations and work for compliance to specifications and requirements.
- Supervise inspectors, technicians and other staff and provide guidance and feedback.
- Ensure ISO 9000 coordination activity, define clear procedures and responsibilities.
- Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis.
- Coordination with Engineering and SQE team.
Requirements
- Educational background: Degree in Engineering or equivalent culture.
- 8+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically in the automotive industry.
- 8+ years of experience in manufacturing quality processes, including working knowledge of process/production control methods (i.e. APQP, PPAP, incoming inspection, etc.). Excellent working knowledge of statistical process control, Quality Control tests and sector rules.
- 5+ years of project management and/or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Good mechanical, hydraulic or electronic knowledge.
- Ability to lead and implement “lean” activities.
- Ability to apply basic and advanced problem solving tools.
- Solid working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO TS 16949 and ISO 14001 standards and core tools.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety procedures.
- Experience in managing teams, budgets and stakeholders.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook; excellent math abilities and working knowledge of data analysis/statistical methods.
- Proven ability to work independently and lead technical staff and other professionals with decisiveness and diplomacy.
- Proven knowledge and ability in methods of communication, motivation, negotiation, and conflict management skills with a high level of initiative/drive.
- Ability to relate well with all levels of the Organization.
- Italian and English languages fluency a must, additional language is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
